Preparing Yourself for a Stressful Situation

Worrying about a potentially stressful situation that’s on the horizon can cause you a lot of stress and anxiety.

The British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP)  carried out of survey of it’s members and found that 79% of those that responded had witnessed an increase in seeing clients with anxiety in recent years.

If you are stressed about an upcoming interview, exam or there is an imminent  family occasion  that you are worrying about, there are coping strategies that you can use to help relieve those feelings of  anxiety.
